Dadaab refugee camp is the world's largest refugee with a population of 460,000 currently majoraty somalis from southan somalia,insecurity is the major problem at the moment with in three months a total of four explotions took place in Dadaab the blasts have killed three kenyan police officers and wounded four others,the growing insecurity has undermined the ability of aid agencies to deliver more aid and instead expelled all services except life saving assistance,what every body living in Dadaab camps is asking himself is when will full operation of delivery assistace resume.
In Dadaab camps since series of insecurity incedents at the camps increased,(CPST) Community Peace and Security Team were playing a major role in spearheading Community Policing in the Camps,which has realy beard fruit effectively in mantaining Security in the Camps,But this good aple people in the community are killed by unknown perpetrators,so far 2 members of The CPST were killed in Hagadera and Ifo respectively one of them beeing the chaiman of Hagadera CPST and the other in Ifo a member.
